IMPACT Programme Agreements

As a result of your full participation in this programme:

  • We promise you freedom from old limiting beliefs and greater trust in yourself.
  • We promise that you will develop a new awareness of your impact on others, and as a result you will be able
    to lead more effectively.
  • We promise that you will be more resourceful in your relationships and that you will be able to engage more
    effectively.
  • We promise that youĀ will feel more confident and have the strength to stand in your power, regardless of
    the circumstances.

OurĀ Agreements as Participants:

  • We are committed to our own learning, and to the learning of others in this programme.
  • We are interested in being interacted with in a direct way and will actively seek feedback from our
    programme leaders and other participants.
  • We will look for every opportunity to step into leadership and are more interested in learning and
    contributing than being comfortable.
  • We will embrace each activity during the programme as an opportunity to put leadership into action and to
    have a fuller impact in the world.
  • We will trust in the design of the programme, knowing it will unfold and wonā€™t read ahead.

Our Agreements To Each Other:

  • We agree to hold the experiences of other participants on this programme confidential.
  • We agree to attend all of the programme workshops, to arrive on time, be fully present and stay through to
    completion of each workshop.
  • We agree to turn up with our workbooks and to dedicate two hours to pre-work to invest in the deep and
    meaningful questions.
  • If due to exceptional circumstances, any of us have to miss a session, we agree to let Sally and Sam know in
    advance of the session via email or WhatsApp; and we commit to reaching out to another participant to
    catch up from them.

Sam and Sally's Promises to You:

  • We promise to hold you bigger than you hold yourself.
  • We promise to call you forth and demand your best.
  • We promise to be role models for full permission (by being authentic, messy, human and real).
  • We promise to have low tolerance for your excuses and huge compassion for your humanity.
  • We promise to be open to and actively seek feedback about how we're doing as programme leaders.
  • We promise you a powerful group experience.
