Experience shows that when women come together, they are inspired, they are more courageous and they inspire others.  That’s why we created IMPACT, an extensive leadership development programme, where senior women can learn and explore challenges together, share aspirations, and invest in their leadership and improve their impact.

The Design

●        An extensive 6-month programme built on L&D, HR and coaching expertise, IMPACT is structured in six key modules, plus Positive Intelligence mental fitness training and 1:1 and group coaching throughout. 

●        Designed specifically for women, taking into consideration the internal and external challenges they face.

●        Skills development for effective influencing, powerful communication, conflict management and risk-taking.

●        Each module comprises several interventions including pre-work, group training workshops, peer learning, informal connection and networking.

●        Transformative Positive Intelligence mental fitness training methodology underpins the programme to achieve lasting behavioural change. 

●        IMPACT is delivered virtually, making it accessible regardless of geography, enabling a more efficient use of organisational time and greater work-life balance for individuals. 

●        The programme calendar also takes into consideration school and other holiday periods.

●        IMPACT brings together women in industry cohorts, creating powerful professional networks that have value well beyond the programme.

Who Is It For

IMPACT is aimed at women who have recently been promoted to Director level, or who are aspirationally within 1-2 years reach of that.   

IMPACT is designed to grow the leadership capability of those who are recognised by their organisations as having high potential, yet perhaps are not stepping fully into the potential which others see in them. They merit the invaluable investment of the IMPACT program to enable them to succeed further and contribute at greater levels of the organisation.

Participants will join a carefully selected cohort from a diverse range of organisations, to authentically expand their professional networks and form supportive alliances.
