    Sam is an Executive Coach, specialising in supporting women to thrive. Her wealth of experience includes an 18-year global HR career in Engineering, Pharma and Biotech.

    Life is always full, balancing being a mother of two and a farmer’s wife. Sam loves mountain walking, being in the outdoors and getting her hands dirty.

    Sam and Sally are both mental fitness coaches, trained by Stanford professor Shirzad Chamine
